Krownedus LLC (“Krowned,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Fission Galaxy website at www.fissiongalaxy.com, the Krowned mobile app, and related services (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is incorporated into our Terms of Use.
1. Information We Collect
Account & contact. Name, email address, and phone number if you provide one. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address, and profile image associated with that Google account.
Transactions. Order details, payment status, and payout or withdrawal information, including bank account details you submit to receive a withdrawal.
Referral and rewards activity. The referral code used when you registered, the referral relationships that connect your account to others, and a ledger entry for every reward generated — including its source order, level, rate, and amount. We keep this record so that rewards can be audited and disputes resolved.
Location. If you allow it, we use your device’s precise location to show nearby partner restaurants and storage facilities on the map and to calculate distances. We ask for this when you open the site; you can refuse, and the Service still works without it. We do not store your location history — it is used only to render the current view in your browser. You can revoke this permission at any time in your browser or device settings.
Device & usage. App version, device type, IP address, and logs kept for security and diagnostics.
Cookies and browser storage. Used on our website for basic functionality — keeping you signed in, remembering which notifications you have seen, and similar conveniences.
2. How We Use Information
To create and manage your account, process orders and payments, and provide rewards, referrals, and withdrawals.
To prevent fraud, secure our Service, and comply with legal obligations.
To communicate with you about orders, updates, and support.
To analyze and improve product performance and user experience.
3. Payments and Third Parties
We use Stripe to process payments and payouts. Stripe may collect and process personal data as an independent controller; please review Stripe’s privacy policy for details. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google processes that sign-in and shares basic profile information with us as described above.
Our maps are rendered using tiles from OpenStreetMap. When a map loads, your browser requests those tiles directly from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which means your IP address is visible to them. Links to driving directions open Google Maps in a new tab, at which point Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
We also use service providers for hosting, email delivery, and customer support, each bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
Service providers (for example hosting, analytics, customer support) under confidentiality obligations;
Merchants on our platform, limited to what they need to fulfil your order — a restaurant sees the items, pickup details, and the name on the order, not your payment details or your referral network;
Authorities or other parties as required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain data as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We may anonymize data for statistics. Specific periods:
Order and payout records: retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes.
Logs and diagnostics: retained for up to 12 months for security.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may update your account information at any time while signed in.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting ceo@krownedus.com.
You can refuse or revoke location access without losing access to the Service.
If you opt out of certain processing, some features may not work.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years old, consistent with the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at ceo@krownedus.com and we will delete it.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International Users
Your information may be processed in the United States or in other locations where we or our service providers operate.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. We will notify you of major changes by email or through the Service.
11. How to Delete Your Account
Email us at ceo@krownedus.com with the subject “Delete my account,” from the email address on the account. We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and personal data within 15 business days, except for data we are required to retain for fraud prevention or legal compliance — for example tax, payout, and KYC records, as described in Section 5.
